What is a Mantra?
A mantra is a word or phrase repeated during meditation to focus the mind and invoke positive energy that is utilized in the path of Tantra.
Singing goddess mantras is one of my favorite ways to teach women to connect with their sacred femininity.
The mantra I am singing here is dedicated to the goddess Saraswati, the goddess of yoga, all of the creative arts, speech, music, dance, and wisdom in all of its forms!

How to Practice:
1. Choose a Mantra (dm me for tips on choosing one!)
2. Find a Quiet Space + sit comfortably.
3. Set an Intention + focus on embodying the qualities of the goddess.
4. Focus and repeat the mantra, + sing it from your heart!
5. Duration: Start with 5-10 minutes and feel the shift that happens afterwards!
I love to chant mantra when I am cooking meals to sprinkle the energy on my food!
